Arthur is building a solution that allows its users to access products and services from third parties to allow them to solve all needs within the portal.

EstatesIT

USP: Streamlined workflows for the small to medium sized lettings agency business

Summary: EstatesIT is a multi-function but lightweight property management software solution that allows a lettings agency business a simpler way of handling most of their day to day operations. Covers all of the client accounting, rent collection and maintenance requirements with some marketing functionality as well.

Summary: With the integration of Qube, mri is no longer just the domain of commercial property managers. The software offers considerable automation and is highly configurable. This allows repeat tasks to be dealt with easily, and even has additional modules to ease particular pain points such as LeaseFlow which assists throughout the leasing process.

Less common in some of the newer, purely cloud-based competitors, Propman still have a strong training and implementation ethos.
